  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes! We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders—no codes, no minimums, no drama.

    When will I get my order?
    We aim to process all orders within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, they’ll typically arrive in 3–7 business daysdepending on your location.

    🛳️ Total time from order to delivery: 6–12 business days
    Need it sooner? Let us know and we’ll do our best to make it work.

    Do you ship internationally?
    Right now, we’re focused on cruising with our U.S.-based fam. But international waters are on our radar. Stay tuned!

  • What’s your return policy?
    If you’re not totally in love with your order, you have 7 days from delivery to return it. Items must be in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and just as perfect as they arrived.

    • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

    • We’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days after receiving the return

    Can I exchange an item?
    We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or color, simply return the original and place a new order.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    If you reach out within 24 hours of ordering, we’ll do everything we can. After that, we may not be able to make changes because your order is already in production.

    Where’s my tracking info?
    As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number in your inbox. Still can’t find it? Contact us—we’ll help.

  • How should I care for my apparel?

    • Turn inside out before washing

    • Cold wash, gentle cycle

    • Tumble dry low or hang dry

    • Don’t iron directly over the design

    Are your products eco-friendly or responsibly sourced?
    We partner with print-on-demand providers who are committed to minimizing waste and using water-based, non-toxic inks whenever possible.

    We’re a cruise-core brand made for loyalty legends, badge chasers, and ship-hopping families who love everything about cruise life. We make fun, colorful gear to rep your ship status—and bring the vibe from port to pool deck.

    Do you take custom requests?

  • Everything we sell is made to order, meaning your item is created just for you the moment you hit “buy.” We don’t mass produce—we cruise produce.

    Once your gear is printed and packed, we’ll send you an email with your tracking info, so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep (or luggage).

  • You bet! As soon as your item is ready for delivery, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your cruise-core cargo every step of the way.

  • At this time, we don’t offer gift messaging on individual orders—BUT if you’re placing a bulk or group order, we may be able to include custom notes or extras. Just reach out via our Contact Page and we’ll see what we can do!
